You could price around the local copy shops. For jobs like this, Sunraise has generally been cheaper than other quotes I've gotten but that doesn't mean you can't look around. It does seem high, but there are also setup costs and time costs that have to be amortized. I would expect to pay at least $10 per shirt. And I haven't had to do a job like this in quite a while, so I'm not aware about things like whether the supply chain crisis has hit the T-shirt industry.
