[Hidden-tech] Live #Hashtag slideshow options

Doing a live event with group sourced photography and we want to increase
participation by displaying photos and posts live in near real-time.

I know products exist to do this yet I would like to keep the fees under
$150 for the one-day event.

Has anyone used a product/service that does this? I have access to Linux,
Windows, Android, and Chromecasts hardware.
