Hi Deb,

I might alert Amazon regarding the Kindle version and copyright, assuming
that content is was put up there.

Also, one can alert Google if such content appears in their search results
or other Google apps.

I don't have expertise in these matters, but perhaps now is also the time
to copyright the material?
