Deb, I'm a little apprehensive about the 5G roll-out, but even without it we are all continuously awash in EMF and radio signals from wifi, cell tower, overhead electrical lines, AM, FM, and even the wiring in our homes. Big cities are worse, of course, but even out here we're surrounded. Around here your best bet may be to rent a room or time in their den in someone's house or cabin in a dead cell zone (thinking Warwick, etc) with no close neighbors, that has Comcast cable and the owner agrees to turn off the wifi when you're there.
