[Hidden-tech] Captcha help, please

SO the first question is what do they mean by 'out of compliance with 
captcha' ?

I did look at your form page and see no captcha for either contact or 
subscribe forms - did you finish installing it ?
for one you need to get the Captcha security code from 
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/

Is their complaint because the newsletter is getting invalid subscriptions ?
That would explain how they would even know
