[Hidden-tech] Business insurance for Independent contractor

Errors & Omissions and regular Biz insurance (two separate policies) 
underwritten by The Hartford have been very reasonable thru the years 
BUT, thankfully, I have never had reason to file a claim. So I cannot 
attest to how well The Hartford performs... would we consider "The 
Hartford" to be local? Sort of, I guess...!
