[Hidden-tech] * * * Economical oversize printing * * *

Hi folks,

I have an ongoing need to print 20" x 30" signs, and would like to know the
most economical process to use. I have been printing black and white at
Staples on their blueprint machine, on cheap thin white paper for only $4.
but they are clamping down on ink coverage, saying that too much ink usage
is damaging that machine. And their other oversized machines are too
expensive. This is a volunteer project, no profits to be had.

I am open to ink jet printing solutions, but laser would be preferred, for
water-resistance. Giving this work to someone with the equipment is one
option. Buying a printer that is easy and cost-effective to maintain is
another.

Thanks in advance,
Deb
