Why not buy the lowest price one you can find on eBay (this one's only 
$500) then sell it back on eBay once you're done?

I'm currently digitizing about 100 VHS tapes and bought a ClearClick2 
for $150 (not as bad as $500, for sure). When I'm done I may sell it, or 
hang onto it in case I run across more tapes.
