[Hidden-tech] ISO Mac tower 2009 or newer

Good Morning,
Anyone know where I might find an inexpensive Mac pro tower from 2009 or
newer nearby? I understand these systems can be easily and inexpensively
upgraded with a newer CPU, SSD, and GPU.
My goal is to provide a Final Cut Pro platform for my 10 Y.O. daughter's
stop motion editing that has grown beyond my aging Win 10 laptop.
