[Hidden-tech] Little HTML code issue

Can anyone help me figure out why https://FrugalFun.com
<https://frugalfun.com/>  isn't calling the outside frame and margins it's
supposed to? I edited some of the obsolete content, but now it's not
rendering properly and I don't see why when I look at the code. It's
supposed to look like this, minus stuff I got rid of like the bit about
translations and the job finder: FrugalFun.com - Have more fun, spend less
money (archive.org)

I saved the code before I played with the page, and will post it as the
first response in order not to accidentally mess up this post.
