We use Opensrs (reseller, also Hover for retail) domain registrations and they provide domain forwarding as part of their DNS services for domain registered with them. Actually 2 types: visible simple forward to new domain, and framed forward where original domain appears as the current domain. Depending on how many domains in question, you might just setup a reseller account - their prices are pretty decent for wholesale and don't require high volumes - of course if you have high volumes you get better prices.
