[Hidden-tech] Image editing from white on black to black on white?

Hi there,

I have an image that has white lettering on a black background and I'm wondering if it's possible to change it to black lettering on a black background.  First of all, is there a word for this type of shift?

Second, is there an online editing program that can do this?  I don't have Photoshop.  I have occasionally used Pixlr, but I didn't see a way to do that in that program.
