[Hidden-tech] FB Breach

This is pretty common, and it's likely not a breach.

Check the profile of the person who messaged you. You'll likely find this
is a brand-new account.
Scammers will copy-paste a person's name and public profile image, create a
new account, and then message people who are friends with them.

The solution is to report that account as fraudulent.
Likely, there are other people who were messaged. The easiest way is for
the person who's been copied to report the new fake account - FB customer
service is notoriously awful, but they typically pay attention when someone
does the "this person is pretending to be me" fraudulent account reporting.
