Hi- it’s unclear on the website how to post a JOB. Is this where I post it?

JOB: Looking for a LinkedIn ad expert to take our UMass training course promotion ad to the next level. Our video ad has been running moderately successfully for the past 3 months. We’d like someone who can analyze the engagement data, compare it to our identified target audience filters and help our ad better attract and engage the right audiences.
