[Hidden-tech] Zoom meeting closed captions - anyone with experience

Anyone have experience with closed captioning ?

Not using automatic, it does not appear very accurate esp for more 
technical presentations.

I'm mostly expecting to need it for video taped presentations and I see 
options for uploading the transcript
OR using a web API.

Anyone used either of these or know someone who has ?
