The room is quite bright, and I was looking into a digital projector and even purchased a huge window shade with that in mine. Since I have found out that smart tv's come with their own browser I was turned off of that idea as the home screen pretty much looks like a check-out screen for purchasing stuff, which was experience with the roku about 7 years ago. I found the roku frustrating because I didn't have a keyboard attached to the thing. I have a wireless keyboard now, that might work. So the current idea is just mirror my laptop ( through the HDMI cable?), which I guess I found too cumbersome before, but maybe now it would be easier.
