  For chat/conference we use the Hangouts Chat/Meet included with gsuite.
For those who already have gsuite/google apps this is a great option.
Otherwise I recommend slack.   Slack is offering some free upgrades to pro

Logmein is offering a covid-19 package suite of their software for free to
healthcare, educational, non profit, municipalities, and current
customers:  https://support.logmeininc.com/coronavirus    Their suite is
pretty comprehensive and for those who dont qualify they offer free trials
to try it out. Definitely worth looking at for  remote access, VPN
(hamachi), as well as meetings and webinars.

For backups we generally recommend Carbonite (
http://partners.carbonite.com/greenearthpc)   They do unlimited file
back-up at a per machine rate that is reasonable.  Their business plans
(better deal on 5+ machines) are all hipaa compliant.
