I also had problems with UberConference. It wouldn't receive and send voices over the PC, and when I called into it using my phone, it got very confused. It wouldn't let my phone connect while while the other person's voice suddenly started coming in through my PC. But I still couldn't talk. We ended up stopping Uber and just talked over the phone. A good free option is https://meet.jit.si/. This is the free version, so if you create a meeting with a random name, anyone can still join as long as they know the name. So make the name obscure. 8x8 bought them, so 8x8 also has a paid version, but this one seems to work okay. ClickUp is a popular project platform. It is a bit messy, but worth trying. -Nathan On Thu, Mar 19, 2020 at 11:17 AM Christine Dutton via Hidden-discuss < hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net> wrote: > Hello, > I am experiencing some wonkiness (static or can't hear people > occasionally) on UberConference. > Anyone else having that experience? > Particular times of day? > I've heard of others having issues with Team as well. > We continuing with UberConference. > However, I would love suggestions for a backup.
