I also had problems with UberConference. It wouldn't receive and send
voices over the PC, and when I called into it using my phone, it got very
confused. It wouldn't let my phone connect while while the other person's
voice suddenly started coming in through my PC. But I still couldn't talk.
We ended up stopping Uber and just talked over the phone.

A good free option is https://meet.jit.si/. This is the free version, so if
you create a meeting with a random name, anyone can still join as long as
they know the name. So make the name obscure. 8x8 bought them, so 8x8 also
has a paid version, but this one seems to work okay.

ClickUp is a popular project platform. It is a bit messy, but worth trying.
