Hey, List.

I ran a student web clinic in Vermont for the past two years (now
returning to teach in MA, in Springfield).  I left two "Wordpress Level
I" students to form a consulting group together, after each has made two
sites for small clients.

This one, https://vtgoesgreen.org, is a substantial client (in terms of
size and needs, not money - it's a nonprofit) that does sustainable
transportation clearinghouse and advocacy.     They need a mentor they
can check in with, and a developer who can fix things.

The site is BuddyPress + TheEventsCalendar with a BuddyBoss theme, and
is in that "configuring" phase where the basics work (except for one
problem) and the path to deliver all the functions they need seems
straighforward (except for one challenge).

What they need in the short term is a fix for the problem and a solution
to the challenge; what they'd like for the long term is a solo Wordpress
developer (not a firm where big clients edge out little ones) with an
educational bent, who doesn't mind mentoring the students while also
billing for support work.

I thought there would be many such people in Burlington, but it turns
out that the folks I knew there who fit that bill are $150/hour and
booked for the summer.  They're scouting around for others, but I wanted
to check out whether our Franklin County Depressed Economy might yield a
fit for them.

If interested in knowing more, please reach out to me.

-Bram
