[Hidden-tech] Circuit Board Repair

SO what is happening now is that I heard back from Circuit Board Medics, who came recommended, and they said they couldn’t fix this board because they would have no way to test it. Since I know nothing about this world, what does that mean? Would anyone have this capability? It is an unusual stove.
