We registered our trade mark ourselves on the USPTO website and subsequently submitted renewal forms at 5 years and just recently at 10 years. It's not difficult if you're good at following directions and work your way slowly through their forms. We only had to bring in an attorney when they challenged the legitimacy of the trademark. (We won.) I suggest saving the money and doing it yourself. Fred Levine SMALL BATCH BOOKS 493 S. Specifically using a trademark attorney vs. going on a website that does it for you. Such as LegalZoom or something similar).
