[Hidden-tech] A request for help from Baystate

Hi friends on Hidden-Tech,
I have followed this list for years, rarely posted, helped others when I
could, but am now posting on behalf of Baystate Health to clarify where we
need help. So many people in the community have already reached out to
help. We are preparing a web page listing specific requirements for what we
really need. It is not yet officially live, but I post it here to get
feedback if there is something I have missed in the content published:
