[Hidden-tech] Tasksite. Is this Malware?

Any information y'all can give me on Tasksite. There have been
2 attempts to auto download this software. I immediately turn off my wifi
and summarily halted the download. The application loader shows up in
extensions folder. I trash it and restart my computer. Oh, and when I tried
to halt the download it freezes my computer.

I have a MacBook Pro running-on 10.13.6 High Sierra.
