[Hidden-tech] Looking for real estate closing attourney

I haven't shopped around recently so I don't know if he's "inexpensive", 
but I've been happily using the straightforward services of Bob Spencer 
at Jankowski & Spencer (RJS at jsamherst.com) for several real estate 
purchases and sales over the past 15 years.
