Hi Chris, Ahhh, the good ol' days, when I marked up the manuscript with a red pen, and sent it off to the typsetter via a bicycle courier through the streets of Boston, and a few days later, I'd get the tissue galleys, approve them, then receive the final photo papered ones, which I waxed and then attached to Illustration Board #80. (got the right number?) Brings back some great old memories...
