One example: bet you thought wireless routers need periodic restarting. Haven't needed one since Jon installed a business class system months ago, and it's faster and more secure than most any major consumer brand. He said his hasn't need a restart in ~4 years.

Jon is also great with file de-duping, which another HT post asked about.
