[Hidden-tech] Recover lost documents on Mac OS (no icloud)

Hi Annamarie:
Sooo, I backed up everything in Time Machine about a month ago, so a WAY previous version of this folder is probably there, but not the all the work I've done since.
Unfortunately I have never used iCloud.
I'm afraid to back it up again until I know where this folder has gone.
