[Hidden-tech] How to hire a local college student?

I'm looking to pay a native Chinese speaker who is probably a college student to help me understand how to use a few Chinese mobile apps, such as Baidu Maps.  I know some Chinese but not quite enough to understand the app instructions.

In the old days, there were bulletin boards on which one could post a notice.  I looked to see if Smith College had such an online casual job board, and it looks like you need to be a Smith student or employee in order to post there.

Any suggestions on how to go about this?  I prefer someone based in Northampton, and it's just for a couple of hours.
