[Hidden-tech] Looking to borrow / make use of mini spot welder

I have two connections that need to be made in a toaster oven that cannot be 
soldered (the connections will likely get hot enough to melt solder).

The original connections appear to have been spot welded. I did some
websearches there appears to be something called a mini spot welder, generally
used by jewelery makers. Are there any jewelery makers down in the Valley with
a tool like this?
