Hi Al, Is that the actual URL programed into your client’s site? If so, I’m betting it is invalid due to the likely fictitious domain name “websitename.com”. You’ll probably need to insert the actual domain name into the link. And also make sure there is an valid SSL certificate installed for the domain name. “favicon.ico” is just an icon file which displays in the browser to the left of the URL field, so either you’d need to confirm that the .ico file actual exists in that location and if not, delete it from the site template.
