Hi All, Emily Dickenson's "The soul selects her own society" has me ditching any businesses that manifests a pattern of poor management and doesn't own up to failures. The VOIP service Vonage has joined the sadly swelling ranks of such businesses these days. Vonage was excellent for years, but recently they outright lied about a need to upgrade, which process cost ~$1400 in employee time and my lost billable time. Although, after hours of trying to get in touch with a manager, they admitted to the lies, they have offered no recompense. Vonage's 1 star and tons of complaints at BBB shows that HT'ers should beware of Vonage, and of course don't chose them if you seek such a solution. So, my firm begins searching for a new VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol telephone service). We'll consider Comcast, but I know there are less expensive and perhaps better solutions out there. FYI, thanks again for everyone's recommendations about a good local bank. Yesterday, we completed the move from the failing ESB to the by far most recommended Greenfield Savings Bank.
