I hope self recommendation isn't too frowned upon as a reply. Perhaps a few
individuals on the list can vouch for our work.

The folks who do the repair work at my shop have decades of experience
troubleshooting windows in general, and work with dozens of windows 10
machines every day. We would be happy to help you out resolving the issue.

We have an on-site tech who comes to the house, or you can drop it off with
us at the shop for diagnosis and repair.
