Hello, Hidden-Techies, A few of my clients have worked with Gaia Host for either Web hosting or domain name registration or both. In the last six months, communication from Gaia Host has slowed to a trickle and then completely stopped. I haven't found anyone who's heard from them since January. I now have several clients whose domain names are going to expire soon, but they're registered through Gaia Host's GoDaddy account. GoDaddy just says, "The domain names are registered to Gaia Host fair and square, so there's nothing we can do. Take them to court and then call us back." Has anyone been in this situation, either with Gaia Host or another host/registrar? What do you do when the owner of your business's domain name simply stops responding?
