[Hidden-tech] lacie extreme disk error messages

Freezer trick might work.  You stuff the drive in the freezer for a few 
hours, pull it out, and then try to read it.  You get one shot at this 
and I've had great success -- probably about 80%.  Just get the data off 
and then toss the drive.
