[Hidden-tech] Thoughts on Google Security / Instability

I'm curious to hear from people that use Google frequently or are 
thinking about using Google services more on this one.

1) What are your thoughts or experiences with recent outages to gmail, 
security lapses with googledocs, and other mass issues that have cropped 
up lately on Google?

2) When there is an outage or security problem, do you actually have 
support reps to communicate with, or are you left just waiting for updates?

3) Does an outage or security issue at Google seem more or less 
important than similar issues you experience at other service providers?
