[Hidden-tech] Going Paperless with online invoicing and payments

Hi Hidden Techies, 
 
I need a good Web app script for doing invoices and payments online. Anyone
using one or know of one? 
 
Requirements:
Separate Customer /admin account logins
Customer login for viewing invoices and making payments.
Customer accounts and admin features must allow for credit balances against
invoices.
Customizable Invoices of course
PDF invoice option
Payment gateway options, included PayPal and Authorize.net
Auto notify via email of payments made (to admin) and payments applied (to
customer. )
Financial reporting and downloadable payment data. 
 
Any thoughts?
