[Hidden-tech] recording to audio to blog

Hi all,
I'm looking for the simplest and least expensive (with good quality)  
way to do the following:
1. Record an interview over the phone
1.5 Transfer the recording to some other necessary audio file to save  
on my computer???
2. Post the recording on a blog (I believe I know how to do this once  
I have the audio file saved)
