[Hidden-tech] Looking for a Web Based Training Application

Hi,

I am looking to see if any web developer out there has any opinions on a
third-party, web-based, non-monthly subscription based training tool. It
needs to have places for quizzes, course material, glossary and class and
student management.

I am looking for it to be PHP or ASP or .NET based and must run in an MS
IIS/MySQL or IIS/Access mountable environment with complete source code
access.
