Thanks to all for the many good options and tips. Went to Geek Squad  
which Afronio mentioned.  They were able to take care of it quickly --  
it's a good resource -- they are open the same hours as Best Buy.  It  
could also be handy in some situations that there is an Apple Store in  
the same mall.
