[Hidden-tech] HSAs for self-employed and partnerships

Our company is just the three partners, no employees. We're trying to 
figure out if it makes any sense to get high deductible health insurance 
and an HSA (health savings account, Archer MSA?) and having trouble 
wading through the regulations. Can anyone here explain how it works for 
self-employed or partnerships or refer us to someone who can?
