I used to use AVG Anti-Spyware (formerly "Ewido").

It looks like it might have been integrated into AVG Anti-virus:

You could also try Linux:
http://www.ubuntu.com/
http://www.xubuntu.com/

It works great for Web browsing, Office documents, etc., especially on
older machines.  No viruses on Linux...
