[Hidden-tech] Office Sublet Rates

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering what the going rate is for subletting an office either on 
a full day or part day basis. 

The office area itself is about 12x20, and the sublet would include use 
of a kitchenette and a reception area, as well as wireless internet, and 
it's located in Easthampton.

Anyone have any current information about going rates?
