I've been using verticalresponse.com for years on a Mac and it works 
very well. It is easy to use, the support is great, and it is very 
cheap. They have templates that you can use, or you can make your own 
html file and use that. The only thing to keep in mind is that it 
doesn't work well on Safari. I use Firefox and it is fine. Definitely 
give it a try.
