[Hidden-tech] Bulk email program for Mac

I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a
simple bulk email program. I have a small list of
under 200 names that I keep in contact with on a
monthly basis.

I would like to be able to tell if the message was
delivered and read and also have an option to
unsubscribe.

any suggestions?
