Yugma is very affordable and pretty good for this but doesn't offer any
of the security you require. However, I don't think any service can
provide what you are asking for. I don't see a way to prevent someone
from getting screen dumps or even a complete recording of the session.
The video signals sent to the monitor are sent in the clear even if the
software displaying the images is using some sort of encryption up to
that point.
