[Hidden-tech] Seeking: Skill set of Flash developer, graphics, video, audio

Hi all,

I have a client  who is interested in developing on-line learning. I  
think that they are going to want all sorts of bells and whistles,  
video, and audio narration in addition to Flash development and  
graphics. They are interested in bids.  I suspect that there are   
hidden-valley companies that have this expertise. I would be happy to  
work with a company (or individuals) that is(are) local.
