I've always had good results with YouSendIt (.com). It's a free service up to 100Mb, if memory serves.

They can take up to a 2Gb ($9 on a one-time basis, or subcribe for a monthly fee of $10, I believe).

  I have been trying to use iDisk to send large files but it is painfully slow. Can anyone suggest a better FTP service? I'm Mac based if that matters.
