Hi Christine,

I would do all or some of the following: 
ask for payment
check them out to see who they market to and what their reputation is,
ask for complimentary copies of the book
see if there is a way to become an affiliate of their online store and get a
percent of any purchases that go through your site.
Get agreement for you to buy books at discount (at least 40%)and resell or
give away away to clients.
