I want to make  a vocal ringtone for a cell phone.


If you have  a digital recording, how do you create a ringtone?    
What  does the file format have to be to start?  What format to make  
the ringtone?

Who does this kind of thing professionally?

Can the finished ringtone be downloaded from a website?

How about email ?


If cellphones do not have email, would a phone company to send the  
ringtone?   Would they do it for a couple fo 1000 users?
