We use a service where teleconferencing is an add-on, but we've been quite
happy with it.  GoToMeeting (www.gotomeeting.com
<http://www.gotomeeting.com/> ) is used for desktop presentations and
sharing and includes conference calls that can be run at the same time.
It's quite useful for what we do anyway.  The price is about $50/month for
unlimited meetings of up to 10 people at a time so it's not exactly free,
but it can be quite helpful.
